
Our Fee Structure 2026-2027
Funded Sessions: Sticky Faces Nursery offers flexible funded sessions for eligible children. Parents can use their full 15 or 30 funded hours at no additional cost. We are open 38 weeks a year and support families throughout the process to ensure they can access their full funded entitlement.
Private Sessions: We also offer private sessions for children who are not eligible for funded childcare, or for families who wish to book additional hours beyond their funded entitlement. Children staying over the lunch period must bring a healthy packed lunch from home.

Government-Funded Sessions:

2-Year-Old Funding: Eligible families can get 15 hours through Hounslow (for those receiving government support such as Universal Credit), or up to 30 hours for working parents. A funding code is required in both cases.

3- & 4-Year-Old Funding: All children get 15 free hours from the term after their 3rd birthday.

Extra Hours for Working Parents: Working parents of 3- and 4-year-olds can get up to 30 hours in total with a government funding code.
Times are:
- Morning (3 hours): 9am to 12pm (Government-funded session = £0)
- Afternoon (3 hours): 1pm to 4pm (Government-funded session = £0)
- Full day (6 hours): 9am to 3pm (Government-funded session = £0)
Children staying for lunch (12–1pm) should bring a healthy packed lunch.
For snacks, parents can send in a piece of fruit or vegetable each day for our shared snacks.
We are also flexible in working with parents and carers to create a booking that best suits your family life, such as 9am to 2pm or 12pm to 3.30pm. Just let us know your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

We are flexible in working with parents to create a booking that best suits their family life. Just let us know your needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
New Children: For private sessions, a deposit equal to one week’s booking may be required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place and cover settling-in sessions. This deposit will be deducted from your final month’s invoice.
Notice period: If you wish to terminate your child’s place at Sticky Faces Nursery, a 4-week notice period is required. This notice must be provided in writing and delivered in person at the nursery. Please note that if you choose not to take up the place after paying the deposit, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Early Years Entitlement
Sticky Faces Nursery offers the Government’s Early Years funded sessions for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds, providing 15 hours of free childcare per week for 38 weeks of the year (during school term time). Please check your eligibility to take advantage of this funding.
Free Childcare for 2, 3 and 4-year-olds
All 3- and 4-year-olds are entitled to 15 hours of free early education and childcare per week (Universal funding) over 38 weeks of the year (during school term time). If you are a working parent, your 3- or 4-year-old may be eligible for an additional 15 hours of free childcare, making a total of 30 hours funded. For 2-year-olds, working parents may also be eligible for 15 or 30 hours of funded childcare per week if certain criteria are met, over 38 weeks of the year (during school term time). For Families who receive some additional forms of Government support
Children are eligible from the term after turning 2 years old and a parent has successfully applied and received a code. This is for 38 weeks of the year (during school term time). You may be able to get childcare for more weeks if you use fewer than 15 hours per week. Check with your childcare provider to find out if this is something they offer.
If you are a working family and the the below does not apply to you, there is help available for children aged from 9 months please check childcare support if you are working.
Families with 2-year-olds may be able to get 15 hours of childcare and early learning at an Ofsted registered private day nursery, pre-school or with a childminder if you get any of the following:
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
- the guaranteed element of State Pension Credit
- support through part 6 of the Immigration and Asylum Act
- Universal Credit and not working
- Universal Credit, and your household income is £15,400 a year or less after tax, not including benefit payments
- your incomes is £16,190 a year or less, and:
- are in receipt of child tax credit, working tax credit (or both)
- are in receipt of the working tax credit 4 week run on
